Foaming Agent For Light Weight Concrete
(輕質混凝土添加劑)


 

FOAM 2 is a resin based powerful liquid foaming admixture specifically formulated to produce

light weight foam concrete.  FOAM 2 is fully compatible with opc , pfa , ggbfs & micro-silica
concrete system, it does not contain chlorides in any form.
 
Foaming process with FOAM 2 is extremely economical and viable. FOAM 2 foam comprises
of millions of minute close air cells which remain stable in the cement / pozzolan / sand system. Its
cellular structure is so specifically designed that it enables even distribution of stable air cells in the
concrete matrix and allows no bleeding and segregation.

High compressive strength can be achieved by increase the cement content of the concrete mix.
 
Method of Use
1.      Direct apply – Prepare mortar mix in pan/drum type mixer. Add FOAM 2 directly to the mortar and restart mixing at full speed. Foam will be generated thru vigorous mixing. Final density of the foamed concrete depends on FOAM 2 dosage and mixer efficiency. Applicator should verify FOAM 2 dosage by trial mix prior to production.
2.      Prefoam FOAM2 thru foaming machine at 10% strength by water, discharge the foam directly into prepared mortar mix. Final density of the foamed concrete will be determined by the quantity of foam added. This method is far more predictable in controlling the resultant density of the foamed concrete than method 1.
